Verbs in the Present, Past, Future Tenses, & Igbo Story to Demonstrate Use of Verbs

Ndewo! (Hello!) Daalụ (thank you) to everyone who joined the April virtual meeting this past Saturday! If you're new to the club, nnọọ (welcome).
If you missed the April virtual meeting, nsogbu adịrọ (no problem). You're encouraged to join the next one in May. First-timers are especially welcome—it's never too late to learn the Igbo language! Meetings are completely free, and we’d love to see you there!
Here’s what was covered in the last meeting:
Ziorah Asomugha was our wonderful guest instructor for the April meeting! She is fluent in the Igbo language and taught us verbs, or ngwaa—an essential part of speech in Igbo that is frequently used in sentences and everyday conversation.
🗣️ Ziorah taught us how to conjugate Igbo verbs in the past, present, and future tenses.
📚 To better understand the use of verb tenses in the Igbo language, Ziorah read a short story about a young lady and her mom cooking okra soup.
🖥️ The presentation slides from the April session include the entire lesson and audio recordings, allowing you to follow along with the content.
